Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.Minimum 35 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality kitchen.Proven experience managing teams and kitchen operations.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards in South Africa (HACCP certification preferred). Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Sound financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and costs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards consistently.
