The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, on-trend digital content that brings the brand to life across social and digital platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and short-form video. Key Responsibilities:Translate marketing ideas into compelling and commercially effective creative content for digital, social, and retail channels.Create and produce trend-led content, with a strong emphasis on short-form video and TikTok, to enhance the brands presence and connect with the audience.Conceptualize and execute high-volume creative assets, including social media posts, advertising creatives, e-commerce visuals, and in-store marketing materials.Support the creative execution for all brands ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach.Continuously monitor industry trends and identify new content opportunities that align with the companys marketing objectives.Prepare and deliver production-ready artwork for both digital and print formats, maintaining the highest quality standards.Effectively manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Deliver a minimum of two short-form video pieces (Reels/TikTok) per week across at least two of the brands.Consistently produce high-quality digital media assets as briefed by the Digital Manager, aligned with the campaign timelines.Produce at least one direct marketing creative element per week to support customer communication initiatives.Requirements: A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing Design, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced commercial creative environment, preferably in the retail, beauty, or lifestyle sector.A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate marketing briefs into commercially successful creative content.Proven experience in high-volume asset creation across various digital and social media platforms.High proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).A strong understanding of graphic design principles across both digital and print media.A deep understanding of platform-specific creative requirements for Meta, TikTok, e-commerce, and WhatsApp.Exceptional short-form video skills, with the ability to conceptualize and produce engaging content in response to marketing briefs.A natural curiosity for customer behavior and a keen awareness of social media culture and emerging trends.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
