* 8 Years relevant experience in a Property Procurement related commercial environment
* 3 years experience at Senior management level experience in a Property Procurement related commercial environment in a comparable large company
* Experience in property development, built environment and/ or outsourced facilities management or project management and/ or construction of commercial buildings
* Exp in alternative and innovative commercial contracting mode
