A leading retail group operating across multiple countries is seeking an experienced Financial Manager: Revenue & Treasury to take ownership of revenue integrity, treasury controls, and cash flow performance across the business. This is a high-impact management role, partnering closely with operations, systems, and senior stakeholders.You will be responsible for ensuring robust internal controls, accurate revenue processing, treasury management, and effective cash flow forecasting. Leading a team, you will oversee reconciliations, reporting, risk management, and continuous process improvement within a complex, high-volume retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and control all revenue and treasury transactions across the groupEnsure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of all tenders and revenue streamsOversee cash flow forecasting, reporting, and performance against KPIsManage relationships with banks, cash-in-transit providers, and external service partnersDrive optimisation of banking structures, fees, and store financial costsLead and develop a high-performing revenue and treasury teamEnsure compliance, risk mitigation, and strong internal control frameworksPartner with finance systems and operational teams to improve processes and reportingRequirements:BCom Honours (Accounting / Finance or similar)CA(SA) preferredMinimum 5 years commercial management experience (post-articles)At least 2 years people management experienceRetail experience highly advantageousStrong systems and process understanding (SAP exposure beneficial)Advanced Excel and strong presentation skillsProven ability to influence stakeholders and operate under pressureStrong commercial and analytical mindsetExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to multi-taskResilient, solutions-driven, and outcomes focusedApply now!
