Job Summary
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to identify prospects, build strong client relationships, and close sales. In this role, you’ll represent our products/services, understand customer needs, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
