About the Role
We’re hiring a driven Sales Representative focused on client onboarding. This is an inbound/warm-lead role where you’ll qualify enquiries, guide prospects through our service offering, close sign-ups, and hand over to our service team once a client is confirmed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries (website, LinkedIn, referrals, campaigns)
- Conduct discovery calls and assess client needs
- Present our service options clearly and professionally
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
- Ensure smooth handovers to the service department
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills
- Professional phone manner and confidence on calls
- Target-driven with consistent follow-up habits
- Comfortable managing a pipeline and working independently
- Proficient with email, CRM tools, and Google Workspace/MS Office (Zoom/Meet/WhatsApp)
- Reliable internet connection
