They focus on creating brand identities for new clients to establish their confidence and market presence.The Role: Graphic DesignerThe purpose of this role is to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, commercially credible brand identities and branded assets for new clients as they launch recruitment businesses. It exists to transform a founders idea into a professional brand identity through a combination of creativity, commercial awareness, and empathy. The main focus areas include brand creation, the development of branded assets, and the maintenance of design systems and templates.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign new brand identities from scratch, including logos, colour palettes, and typography.Develop branded assets such as business cards, email signatures, presentation decks, and pitch documents.Create website visual assets in collaboration with web developers and social media templates for platforms like LinkedIn.Translate a founders personality, niche, and ambition into a clear visual identity and brand guidelines.Present and refine brand concepts with confidence and professionalism.Produce marketing collateral, launch materials, and scalable branded templates.Ensure consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining high design standards.Create Adobe Acrobat Forms and Webforms.About YouStrong experience in brand identity design.Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work.Excellent typography and layout skills.Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality.Strategic understanding of branding and commercial credibility.Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.Emotional intelligence and calm professionalism when working with founders.Knowledge of creating Adobe Acrobat Forms and Webforms.
