Who we are: We are creative-led organisation focused on delivering high-impact marketing solutions in the experiential and activation space.What we are looking for: A mid-weight copywriter who is a conceptual thinker and strong storyteller.What you will do:Develop fresh, strategic ideas guided by insights and client objectivesWrite original, persuasive copy for multiple platforms and formatContribute to campaign concepts and overall creative directionInterpret briefs and turn them into strong creative solutionsProduce clear, engaging copy for digital, print, social, video and integrated campaignsEnsure all messaging aligns with client strategies and business goalsHelp create client presentations with strong storytellingPresent creative concepts confidently to clients when neededParticipate in pitches and contribute to winning new businessCollaborate with the creative team to deliver high quality workWork with client services to interpret and refine briefsLiaise with suppliers and freelance creatives when requiredContinuously develop creative and technical skillsStay updated with industry trends, copywriting principles and AI toolsWhat you must have:3 to 5 years within a similar roleMarketing degree or relevant qualificationExperience working in a marketing or creative agencyExperience contributing to and winning client pitchesStrong grounding in copywriting principles and excellent grammarConfident verbal communicator (face-to-face and telephonic)Ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clientsIndustry awareness and strong research abilitiesBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to use AI tools to support copy generation
