• A min of 1 year proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effective
Working Hours :
• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
Remuneration:
• Monthly basic: R6500
• Additional commission and incentive earnings.
