Responsibilities: HR Systems & Workday Optimisation:Bring all outstanding and current HR system changes up to date, ensuring accuracy, Compliance, and audit readiness.Support and train the existing HR and payroll team on Workday functionality, best practices, and system utilisation.Explore opportunities to eliminate manual forms and processes by fully leveraging Workday and related HR systems.Assist with and support the migration of leave processing from ESS to Workday, including testing, validation, and user adoption.Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, or workarounds and propose practical, scalable solutions.Payroll Support & Process Efficiency:Provide hands-on assistance to the Payroll Administrator to address payroll bottlenecks and high-volume pressure points.
