They are committed to operational excellence and leveraging technology to streamline processes while maintaining strict financial controls and regulatory compliance.The Role: Onboarding Service Charge AccountantThe purpose of this role is to work alongside Property Managers to manage the onboarding of opening financial balances for new properties into the Qube system. This role exists to ensure that incoming financial data is reconciled, uploaded accurately, and that service charges are correctly calculated and apportioned.
