Description
Property Maintenance Management
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the complex and common property.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and facilities.
- Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Manage maintenance schedules for items such as gates, lighting, pumps, plumbing, and general infrastructure.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects and capital improvement works within the complex.
- Work with contractors and service providers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to acceptable quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain and implement safety procedures and risk management plans.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure contractors comply with OHS standards.
- Maintain required safety documentation and records.
- Provide regular maintenance and project progress reports to the Trustees/Managing Agent.
- Assist in identifying maintenance priorities and planning preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with the Trustees and Managing Agent to address operational matters.
- Has strong technical or maintenance background (building maintenance, facilities management, or similar).
- Has knowledge or certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Has experience managing contractors and supervising maintenance projects.
- Is hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple maintenance tasks.
- Has good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in sectional title complexes or residential facilities will be an advantage.
- Preferably a male
