This new position is pivotal to our growth strategy and will play a key role in enhancing our client interactions and boosting our product offerings.Key responsibilities of the Relationship Manager will include:Daily visits to clients to foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships.Understanding client needs and effectively upselling relevant products and services.Delivering exceptional customer service and support.Coordinating with our sales and product teams to align solutions with client goals.The position offers a basic salary of R12,000.00 per month, plus additional allowances for petrol and telephone expenses plus an annual performance bonus. processes involved.Insurance SLA Compliance: Execute assessments with
meticulous attention to detail, adhering to insurance service level

team, following instructions, and standard operating procedures to meet

Certification: Must hold the Audatex Advanced Course certification.Platform Proficiency: Proficient in the use and understanding of the
Audatex assessment platform.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in vehicle damage
assessment.Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining
accuracy and adhering to SOPs.Insurance Knowledge: Thorough knowledge and understanding of insurance
SLAs, with the ability to execute detailed assessments.Additional Assessments: Willingness to request and handle additional
assessment requirements as directed by the workshop.Punctuality: Demonstrates punctuality and a history of low absenteeism.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.References: Must have traceable references.
