Quality Assurance Test Analyst

As a QA Test Analyst youll ensure software quality before production by designing and executing advanced manual and automated tests across products and programmes. Working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders, youll take a focused, methodical approach, guided by technical specs, user stories, and a broad range of testing tools and strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in software QA and testing, with strong manual testing skills
• At least 1 year in automation testing
• Skilled in test planning, test execution and reporting
• Familiar with SQL, APIs (Postman) and SDLC across multiple environments. Effective communicator with developers and SREs
• Experienced in financial or payment systems.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Certificate or equivalent experience in Banking and Payments industry.
• Certifications / Licenses in any of the following: ITIL, ISTQB, II, IAT, DNS, RHCSA, MCSA, SAFE, AWS, SSL.

Daily task:

• Develop and run manual and automated test cases.
• Test software across platforms including API, web and mobile.
• Log, track, and verify defects with clear documentation.
• Collaborate on testing standards and release notes.
• Maintain organised test records and support QA processes.
