ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
  • Proficiency in managing and automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their DevOps services
  • Solid understanding of test management processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr)
  • Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk
  • Expertise in version control systems like Git and branching strategies
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
  • Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
  • Experience with serverless architectures and microservices
  • Familiarity with database management and optimization (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration in DevOps pipelines
  • Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments
  • Understanding of network protocols and security configurations
  • Certification in DevOps, cloud platforms, or test management tools
