Record all incidents.Ensure compliance to Companys disciplinary code.Ensure that all Company/Client SOPs are followed.Manage the email address adhoc request.Communicate by telephone with external and internal client.Manage all details/ incident on the monitoring platforms.Keep record on Excel and word documents. Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:PSIRA- Grade AGrade 12 or equivalent qualification.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Experience in the following platforms/systems will be to you advantage; CiiMs, Proof 360, Netcool, Google Earth, Synapse, Signal Tower, I-Crypto/VAMS & Fetch OSS.Incident management.Incident analysis within BTS environment.Any other alarm monitoring platform experience will be advantageous.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Clean disciplinary and criminal record.Willing to undergo polygraph testing.Bilingual (English and any other South African Language).Proficient in Microsoft Office package.Outlook is essential.Experience with ExcelExperience with MicrosoftAbility to follow instructions.Ability to capture correct information.Ability to communicate clients request correctly
