Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Development & Experience Design:
    Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, implement new layouts, and enhance UX/UI within a WordPress environment. Design user journeys aimed at increasing lead generation.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    Conduct A/B testing, develop and implement new ideas, and optimize calls-to-action and page structures. Analyze user behavior to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Technical Maintenance & Performance:
    Manage plugins, troubleshoot technical issues, improve website security, and maintain hosting environments. Ensure strong mobile responsiveness and overall site performance.
  • Technical SEO Support:
    Support SEO initiatives by implementing technical recommendations, optimizing site speed, managing schema, and maintaining an SEO-friendly structure.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Content, and SEO teams to prioritize improvements and provide performance insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Web Development, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 35 years experience in website development
  • Advanced WordPress knowledge or certifications (advantageous)
Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience building high-conversion landing pages
  • Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and performance optimization
  • Experience with technical SEO implementation (site speed, structure, schema)
Competencies:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
