Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in system analysis, application support, or business systems optimisation
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and modern integration tools
Proficient in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting
Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation
Strong problemâ??solving skills with a detailâ??oriented, analytical approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Advantageous: exposure to DevOps practices, scripting (Python/PowerShell), or lowâ??code platforms

Qualification:
