We are looking for a motivated, friendly person to join a small IT team located in the Deep South. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both tech support and website work, and who wants an opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their skills.Requirements23 years general IT support experience.Intermediate experience with WordPress for website updates, content management, layout adjustments, and basic site design.Intermediate HTML skills (PhP & CSS an advantage).Interest in website design, UI/UX basics, and improving website layouts.Good understanding of email functionality, connectivity troubleshooting, and basic desktop support.Good telephone manner for occasional support calls.Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills.Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team environment.Role OverviewCarry out website edits, improvements, and light design adjustments.Assist clients with email and connectivity support.Perform WordPress maintenance tasks.Manage occasional support calls professionally.Contribute ideas and improvements as you grow into the role.If youre energetic, service-focused, and excited about developing both your IT and web design skills in a supportive niche ISP, wed love to hear from you.
