Skills & Requirements
Minimum 7+ years in software engineeringbonus respect if youve navigated the thrilling world of financial services or fintech.
Solid knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud environments (AWS = home turf).
Strong understanding of secure coding, AML/KYC compliance, and automationyou know how to build things that stay both safe and sane.
Comfortable working with low-code tools (Mendix, OutSystems).

Bonus Points
Experience with AI/ML or blockchain (extra gold stars if you can explain blockchain without using the words "paradigm shift").
Certifications in compliance or cloud security that prove you truly know your stuff.
