Senior Front End Engineer

This role will be a part of the technology team, and the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the front-end development of applications, ensuring alignment with user needs.


Qualifications

• Minimum bachelors degree with concentration in Computer Science

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years overall relevant experience
• Responsive web design
• Solid understanding and hands on experience of Angular 8+, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap 3+,JavaScript etc. Is essential for this role
• Proficient with Git
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking industry
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex. Jasmine, Karma)
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS (SCSS)
• Experience in JavaScript build tools like Webpack
• Ability to process information at speed, using input from multiple sources and produce good quality output
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proactive nature with a flexible approach and ability to adapt

Duties:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineer
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Work with back-end developers to integrate system RESTful API
