Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate new clients into core platforms and ensure seamless technical onboarding.
  • Conduct development testing to validate system functionality and stability.
  • Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective fixes.
  • Enhance existing features to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
  • Design and develop new system functionality aligned with business needs.
  • Resolve complex technical queries as part of 3rdâ??line support.
  • Oversee system security, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
  • Continuously refine development processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide team members to support skills growth and technical excellence.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Tertiary qualification in software development, computer science, or engineering.
  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Standard & Enterprise) and Spring Boot.
  • Solid SQL skills using MS SQL Server and/or Postgres.
  • Experience with Eclipse or NetBeans, Maven, and Git workflows.
  • Comfortable working in a continuous integration and testing environment.
  • Understanding and use of OpenAPI protocols.
