What Youll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud and hybrid architectures (Azure, M365, on-prem).
• Define and enforce enterprise security frameworks and standards.
• Lead technical risk assessments and threat modelling for new solutions.
• Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM/IADM) implementation.
• Evaluate and optimise security tools (EDR, SIEM, CASB, CSPM, etc.).
• Provide architectural guidance on network security, SASE, and SD-WAN.
• Support compliance initiatives (GDPR, POPIA, ADHICS).
• Stay ahead of evolving threats including those emerging from AI and large language models.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years experience in information security, with at least 5 years in security architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Expertise in IAM (Entra ID, RBAC), DLP/MIP/MCAS, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with DevSecOps, container security (Kubernetes, Docker), and CSPM solutions.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• CISSP / CCSP / Azure Security Engineer Associate
