Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design and implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce solutions for retail clients
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand digital commerce and customer experience requirements
  • Support the configuration, development and optimisation of SAP Hybris platforms
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects and project managers on delivery programmes
  • Contribute to solution design discussions and client workshops
  • Assist with testing, deployment and continuous improvement of commerce solutions
  • Support integration between SAP Hybris and other enterprise platforms, including SAP systems
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Experience working with SAP Hybris Commerce or related digital commerce platforms
  • Opportunities available for junior, mid level and senior consultants
  • Understanding of retail, ecommerce or digital commerce environments advantageous
  • Experience working in project delivery or consulting environments beneficial
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Role Description
  • SAP Hybris Consultants will work as part of the firms Retail Practice, supporting clients in building and improving digital commerce platforms. The role involves working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that commerce solutions support real customer and operational needs.
  • Successful candidates will be comfortable working in client environments and contributing to discussions with business teams about how technology can improve customer experience, online sales and digital engagement.

Location
  • Cape Town, South Africa. Preference will be given to candidates based in Cape Town.
