Lead Project Manager

My client is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects. This role sits at the intersection of business, clients, and technical teamsensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

You will play a key leadership role in shaping delivery practices, guiding teams, and building strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include the following :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning through to implementation and optimisation.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps.
• Act as the key link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent delivery and communication.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Requirements include the following :

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Project Management role.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfal;l Methodologies.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Project.
• A relevant business degree and project management qualification are essential.
