REQUIRED LEARNING
Email your CV and motivational letter
- 1-2 years IT Experience Preferred
- IT Qualification preferred
- 1-2 years help desk experience preferred
- ITIL V4 Foundations certificate (advantageous)
- Log all customers reported faults on the system.
- Manage and track the reported fault.
- Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault
- Capture the reported fault progress status on the system
- Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged
- Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians
- Process all Job Cards on the system
- Ensure all documentation is filled
- Update multiple systems where needed
- Excellent written and verbal Skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints

Summary and purpose of the Job: The Co-Ordinator will be responsible for driving all delivery orders forward and to make sure orders are delivered on time, with appropriate quality and scope.
