REQUIRED LEARNING
  • 1-2 years IT Experience Preferred
  • IT Qualification preferred
  • 1-2 years help desk experience preferred
  • ITIL V4 Foundations certificate (advantageous)
KEY JOB OUTPUTS
  • Log all customers reported faults on the system.
  • Manage and track the reported fault.
  • Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault
  • Capture the reported fault progress status on the system
  • Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged
  • Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians
  • Process all Job Cards on the system
  • Ensure all documentation is filled
  • Update multiple systems where needed
