Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support (phone, email, and tickets).
- Provide guidance on IT policies and best practices.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Set up and configure user devices and peripherals.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic networking (security-first).
- Accurately log and track tickets and resolutions.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience in a first-line IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiar with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Customer-focused and proactive.
- Committed to continuous learning.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi).
