- Act as the primary point of contact for allocated customers
- Grow and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Develop and maintain up-to-date account plans
- Identify, canvass and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and deal closure

- Monitor, report and forecast on pipeline opportunities and sales activity
