Youll lead discovery sessions, design technical solutions, and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. This role combines technical configuration with strategic marketing insight to drive successful digital engagement and automation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBring a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud implementationsLead the implementation, configuration, and data migration within Salesforce Marketing CloudWork with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrations with other platformsTranslate client requirements into clear solutions and scope statementsDeliver and communicate project outcomes to client stakeholdersDesign and implement integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party data sourcesProvide user training and drive platform adoptionProduce documentation for current processes and implemented solutionsWork to project deadlines in a fast-paced consultancy environmentAbout You4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementationsSalesforce Certified Marketing Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email SpecialistBackground in a technical or marketing-related field (Bachelors/Masters degree)Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (email, PPC, conversion metrics)Excellent documentation skillsExperience with Pardot, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Next is desirableExperience in the charity sector is a plusOrganised, proactive, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
