- Oversee service delivery, ensuring performance meets expectations
- Act as a communication hub between clients and technical teams
- Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations
- Monitor service metrics, resolve issues, and provide strategic input
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in ICT sales, customer service, or account management
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver on service commitments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service performance tracking tools
- ITIL certification (required) for service management best practices
- PMP certification (preferred) for project oversight and delivery coordination
