You will play a key part in securing new service agreements, managing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with operations and commercial teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and secure new service contract opportunitiesManage and grow the existing service portfolio across assigned regionsConduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gain insights into service needsPrepare, present, and negotiate service contract proposalsCollaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual termsMonitor contract performance, renewals, risks, and opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of offers, renewals, and contract statusesAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives in the contract sales processEnsure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standardsAbout YouMinimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or contract sales environmentProven ability to close deals and grow a service-based portfolioExperience in commercial or technical industries preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive, target-driven, and self-motivatedValid drivers license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
