Responsibilities:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Strong computer literacy with excellent Excel and Word skills
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Limited credit/debt issues only
- Must be able to start immediately
- Must reside within 15km of Tygervalley Mall
- Good references from previous employers
- Non-smokers only with sober habits
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets
- Assist customers with product selection and provide professional advice
- Ensure the store is neat, organized, and visually appealing always
- Handle cash, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and daily banking procedures
- Monitor stock levels, assist with stock counts, and report discrepancies
- Support store management with opening/closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Always uphold company standards and policies
