A global HVAC leader is looking for a HVAC Sales Engineer to drive project-based sales into the consulting engineering and building services space across Cape Town and surrounds. This role is ideal for a technically strong mechanical sales professional who thrives on specification-driven business.Non-Negotiable Requirements:Mechanical Engineering qualification (Diploma or Degree essential)5+ years experience in HVAC / building services project salesProven sales track record selling into consulting engineering firmsSolid exposure to commercial, retail, healthcare, and large developmentsValid drivers licence and the ability to travel regionallyJob Experience & Skills Required:Develop and manage relationships with Consulting Engineers, Developers, and contractorsDrive HVAC product specification and secure project winsInterpret mechanical designs, BOQs, and tender documentationManage the full project sales cycle from design stage to final installationSupport clients with technically sound HVAC solutions and system selectionContribute to pricing strategy, tenders, and major negotiations
