Job Specification
Responsible for overseeing and executing brand-related signage projects from inception to completion
This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring that signage projects align with the brands identity, customer requirements, and company goals
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, knowledge of signage production processes, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
Develop and execute project plans for brand-specific signage initiatives
Costing/ quotations for brand-specific projects
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, production, installation) to ensure project success
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for signage projects
Ensure brand consistency across all signage deliverables, including materials, colours, and messaging
Conduct market research to align signage projects with industry trends, regulations, and customer needs
Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee relationships with external vendors, fabricators, and installation teams.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in signage production
Stay updated on best practices, innovations, and sustainable solutions in the signage industry
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with signage production processes, materials, and installation
Ability to manage multiple signage projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
A valid drivers license and ability to operate a company vehicle
