RAN Configuration Management Engineer

This role is where RAN design meets real network execution. Youll take design intent, translate it into configuration, and ensure it is enforced across a live multi-vendor environment.

This is not a monitoring role. Youll be working directly with OSS systems, policies, and automation, shaping how the network behaves at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Baseline to Configuration
Translate RAN design baseline documents into implementable configuration policies.

Policy Management
Configure and maintain baseline policies within policy-driven platforms.

OSS Implementation
Execute configuration changes directly within Ericsson or Nokia OSS/NMS environments.

Network Deployment
Support datafill and parameter deployment across 2G, 4G, and 5G networks.

Automation Development
Develop and maintain Python-based automation workflows for configuration enforcement.

Closed Loop Systems
Configure and support closed loop automation mechanisms.

Compliance & Optimisation
Perform baseline compliance checks and drive remediation across the network.
