Reservations Manager | Revenue Optimisation Leader

Duties:

Revenue optimisation and yield management strategies
Rate integrity and channel performance
Forecasting, budgeting, and occupancy planning
OTA and direct booking performance analysis
Pre-arrival guest communication excellence
CRM and database optimisation
Maximise revenue without compromising exclusivity
Enhance the digital guest journey from enquiry to arrival
Drive direct bookings and strategic upselling
Align reservations strategy with marketing and operations
Turn data into decision-making power

Requirements:

Grade 12
A formal hospitality qualification
At least 5+ years proven luxury hospitality reservations experience
Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy drivers
Analytical thinker with commercial acumen
Systems proficiency (PMS & channel managers)
Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
A proactive mindset focused on profitability growth
