Job Duties:

  • To provide professional first line support to clients and sales support.
  • Render client services.
  • Administrate Claims.
  • Advise clients on cancelations.
  • Administrate demutualization process.
  • Office Administration.
  • Fit and Proper Requirements.
  • Documentation and filing procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • RE 5
  • Recognized Qualification as per the FSCA (Advantage)
  • Registration as an Employee Representative (FSCA)
  • CPD
  • COB (Depending on DOFA)
  • 2 Years’ Experience in the Insurance Industry;
  • 1 Year Client Services
  • 1 Years’ experience in: Category A, B, C and retail benefits (Advantage)
  • Clear ITC

Must be available to start .
