Key Responsibilities:
Support of Sage 200 Clients (Call Centre/Telephonic/Email).
Assist with ensuring the highest quality of support is provided to a long-standing client base.
Ensure that all call logs are up to date at all times and accurately reflect the conversation with the client.
Being able to have a conversation at all levels in a large organisation.

Must have experience supporting Pastel Evolution (Sage 200).
Must have a working knowledge of Pastel Evolution (Sage 200), including branch accounting, and data syncing.
Knowledge of Sage Intacct will be a distinct advantage.
