Job Responsibilities: Produce units at the defined output rate, accurately record all data on the data capture sheet in a timely manner, load and unload components and materials, inspect and operate the machine to the required standard, and use gauges to set the machine correctly.Continuous Improvement:Raise problems & concerns to the Shift Leader upon identification.5S and Safety, Health & Environmental:Practice and improve 5S in your work area in line with the 5S check sheet.Ensure PPE is worn according to work standards.Ensure all incidents are reported within the same shift. All safety checks are performed according to the safety standard.Follow the SHEMS procedure.Quality:Ensure parts produced meet quality specifications and follow up on non-conforming product procedures.Work cycle must be completed before leaving work.Delivery:Pack parts as per the packing instruction and perform work according to the set standards.Raise problems and concerns to the Shift Leader timeously.Job Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous)2 years experience in a similar field/industryMust have an understanding of production processes
