Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and process engineering expertise on-site at refinery locations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the petrochemical and refinery industry.
  • Manage and support the full tender process â?? from preparation to submission.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and persuasive engagement.
  • Monitor, report on, and resolve technical and operational issues within refinery units.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the development and marketing of engineering solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and company standards.
  • Deliver structured reporting and data analysis on project and service performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorâ??s Degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc/BEng)
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in:
    • Process Engineering
    • Business Development and Sales
    • Technical Solution Selling in the Petrochemical Sector
  • Experience working with refinery units, systems, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Sound knowledge of tender processes and requirements.
