Devonvale Golf & Wine Estate is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at our well-established 4-star restaurant set on a prestigious golf estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation, and who thrives in a professional, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Running and managing your assigned section efficiently
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Ensuring consistency, quality control, and attention to detail
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
• Maintaining strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver service excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
• Experience in a 4-star or similar quality restaurant environment
• Strong technical cooking skills and plating ability
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work well under pressure
• Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous improvement
