PURPOSEThis role exists to ensure site costing (actual , budget and forecast) is produced timeously and accurately and responsible for the review of the quality control of information entering the finance and related systems. Job Requirements:
Gr12 with Maths and Science
Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 6 years’ experience (Grade 5) in a Cybersecurity role, 4 years’ experience (Grade6) and 2 years’ experience (Grade7)
Any specialized certifications will be advantageous: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH), Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), etc.
Minimum of 2 years Network or Server Administration experience with a deep understanding of networking protocols and operating systems.
In depth working knowledge of both Windows Server and Linux.
Knowledge of programming languages and tools (shell scripting, Python, Ruby)
Knowledge of computer forensics.
Administrative skills: Diligent systems maintenance and management, full audit trail on all tasks, zero trust mentality.
Personal competencies: Problem-solving, attention to detail, transparency and ability to work under pressure.
People skills and communication: Working in teams, suppliers, contractors, colleagues (from most junior to executive management)
