Duties:
Greeting customers and assisting with queries.
Opening of estimates and job cards for work to be done.
Ensure the Estimate goes to client via email and phone call, go ahead is received within one hour of booking or truck arrival.
Consulting with mechanics, foreman or technical advisors regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.

At least 2 years’ experience
in the FMCG industry

Valid driver’s licence and
the individual must have their own vehicle. NOT Negotiable.

The successful individual
will be required to have a tracking service of the company’s choice. NOT
Negotiable. To be discussed in more detail at the interview phase.
Salary: Basic Salary, Car Allowance,
Petrol card, Cellphone package, and incentives – to be discussed at the
interview phase.
