Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Workshop Safety Officer to join our team in Rustenburg. As a Mid Career professional with 4-6 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe working environment in our workshop. You will report to the Manager and be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement safety policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections and audits to identify safety hazardsTrain employees on safety protocols and regulationsInvestigate accidents and incidents and report findingsStay up-to-date with safety legislation and best practicesIf you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of safety regulations, we would like to meet you.
