A Boilermaker

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in plant environment
• Chrome wash plant experience advantageous

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fabrication, repair, and maintenance of plant structures and chutes
• Working on slurry pipelines, tanks, and hoppers
• Maintenance of wash plant steelwork and equipment structures
• Repairing and reinforcing wear plates and high-abrasion components
• Welding and fabrication on:
• • Thickeners and process tanks
  • Screen decks and plant frameworks
• Conducting inspections to identify structural defects and failures
• Assisting during plant shutdowns and breakdowns
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Applicants with chrome wash plant/beneficiation plant experience and exposure to slurry systems, DMS circuits, hydrocyclones, and plant equipment will be given preference.
