Snr. Boiler Shop Foreman

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) / N3
• Supervisory / Management Qualification
• Min Experience: 5 years as a Foreman / Supervisor
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate daily production, and improve efficiency.
• Valid Code B Drivers License

Duties:

• Production Planning: Overseeing daily activities and managing shop floor workflow to meet targets.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all fabrication meets specifications and high-quality standards.
• Team Management: Supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and training.
• Maintenance: Organizing maintenance of shop tools, plant machinery, and equipment.
