Duties and Responsibilities- Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods- Repair or replace damaged body panels and structural components- Carry out welding, pulling, straightening, and alignment tasks- Use professional repair tools and equipment safely and efficiently- Work closely with spray painters and other workshop staff to complete repair workflows- Inspect completed repairs and ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsExperience and Qualifications- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Damage Repair Technician- Strong technical understanding of vehicle structures and repair processes- Skilled in welding, metalwork, and panel replacement- Ability to interpret repair instructions and work independently- High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety- Relevant trade certifications are advantageous- Afrikaans proficiency is required
