We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) & Payroll Controller to manage the full Accounts payable & Payroll functions (wages and salaries), ensuring accurate processing, strong financial controls, and timely payments.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices with correct GL allocation and VAT treatmentPerform supplier reconciliations and resolve queriesPrepare and manage supplier payment runsMaintain accurate supplier records and documentationAct as a control point in the purchasing processProcess and administer wages & salaries payrollsEnsure all records are complete, accurate, and audit-readySupport month-end processes and deadlinesRequirements35 years experience in accounts payable and payroll Experience on Xero and Sage Payroll (or similar) essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Good organisational and problem-solving skills Personal AttributesHonest, reliable, and hardworking Proactive and able to take ownership Strong attention to detail Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
