As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborate with internal HR and Finance teams, as well as external payroll providers, to deliver accurate and timely payroll services
• Stay up to date with local and international payroll legislation, ensuring full compliance
• Maintain data integrity within payroll systems and lead auditing and reconciliation processes
• Deliver insights and reports to support strategic decisions within HR and Finance
• Contribute to payroll transitions, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives
• Serve as the go-to expert for complex payroll issues and escalations
• Uphold strict standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and data protection

Requirements:
5+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a multinational organization
In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory compliance
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, or ADP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
