A well-established company in the steel and fluid control industry is seeking a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability and solid product knowledge within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and convert enquiries into salesManage customer queries, complaints, and relationshipsPrepare and follow up on quotes via phone and emailCapture and process sales orders on SysproSource stock from approved suppliers (standard and non-standard items)Monitor back orders and ensure timely invoicing and deliveriesLiaise with warehouse and external sales team on orders and deliveriesProvide leads and support to external sales representativesMaintain accurate records of enquiries and customer pricing structuresAssist with stock takes and general administrative dutiesEnsure adherence to credit procedures and minimize creditsMinimum Requirements3–5 years’ sales experience within the steel and/or fluid control industry(e.g. pumps, irrigation, fittings, valves, pipes, flanges)Strong product knowledge within the relevant industryExperience working on Syspro (advantageous)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Diesel Mechanic Free State NQF level 4 - Grade 12/N3. Diesel Mechanic Trade Test or Petrol Mechanic Trade Test with extensive diesel experience; with at least 5 years experience working on trucks. Fault finding and repair on forklifts is a further pre-requisite.
